Optional Campout

After the first Thursday class, I plan to stay overnight in Poly Canyon to celebrate Spring and get started on my journal. Everyone is invited to participate in this optional field trip, which involves a walk of about one mile to a suitable camping place and local exploration from there. Bring a sleeping bag, groundcloth, foam pad, or airmattress, warm clothes, some food and water, a small flashlight, and if you like, a book, musical instrument, or camera. Groundrules: no alcohol, drugs or sex. Students in English 380 only. Keep me informed of your whereabouts at all times.
