English 512--Fall 2003--Report Schedule
Each student will present a ten minute oral report on (1)a comparison/contrast between an element in a Shakespeare play and in a play by one of his contemporaries, with supported value judgement and (2) a discussion of how a film performance of one scene or subscene brings out an interpretation of the text. These presentations are not graded and will form the basis for the writing of your two papers. You're encouraged to select early dates to distribute your own workload and to increase the chance that your preference can be granted.
Let me know your preferred dates for both reports, indicated by 1 or 2 to indicate priority--as soon as possible before class on Wednesday September 24. Email them to me--smarx@calpoly.edu
